Abstract:Trifolium is considered to be the most promising health food and medicine, which are also hotpots in the field of food health care and biological medicine, etc. This article summarized the research progress on the main active components and pharmacological action of trifolium, reviewed its applications in health food and pharmaceutical, and forecast its further application as well.
