中文摘要: 利用亚临界技术萃取椒样薄荷精油,通过正交试验优化液料比、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间四因素对椒样薄 荷精油得率的影响,结果表明,亚临界萃取椒样薄荷精油的最佳工艺条件为:液料比 1.5 ∶ 1(mL/g)、萃取压力 0.4 MPa、萃 取温度 45 ℃、萃取时间 60 min,椒样薄荷精油得率为 3.108 %。
Abstract:Using the subcritical extraction technology and peppermint essential oil,through orthogonal test optimization of soluble material ratio,extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time and other factors on the peppermint essential oil yield effect,the results showed that the best process condition was determined by orthogonal test:soluble material ratio 1.5 ∶ 1(mL/g),extraction pressure 0.4 MPa,extraction temperature 45 ℃、 extraction time 60 min,peppermint oil yield was 3.108 %.
