中文摘要: 以苦荞黄酮为研究对象,通过静态吸附,研究其在大孔树脂 DM-2 上的吸附特性。使用一级和二级动力学模型 模拟了树脂的吸附动力学特性,得出该吸附过程更符合二级吸附动力学模型。内扩散模型的研究证明了吸附的控制步 骤是内扩散步骤。对吸附过程的热力学特性,则采用了 Langmuir 吸附等温方程和 Freundlich 吸附等温方程进行模拟,结 果表明 Langmuir 吸附等温方程能更好的拟合该过程。由 Van't Hoff 方程得到的热力学参数表明,该吸附过程是自发的 放热反应。通过该试验得到的结果对苦荞黄酮的进一步纯化具有一定的实践指导意义。

Abstract:The adsorption properties of macroporous resin DM-2 to the flavonoids were studied via static adsorption experiments. Adsorption dynamic was simulated by pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order models,making a conclusion that the latter was more suitable. Weber and Morris intra -particle diffusion modle proved that the control step was the internal diffusion procedure. Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm equations were used to study the thermodynamic characteristics and the langmuir adsorption isotherm equation was proved to be much better. The thermodynamic parameters calculated from Van 't Hoff equation,indicated that the adsorption process was a spontaneous exothermic procedure. The experiment results showed certain guiding significance to the further purification of buckwheat flavonoids.
