中文摘要: 对公共餐(饮)具中大肠菌群污染状况进行检测分析,并对大肠菌群阳性菌进行鉴定分型。结果显示:2012年、2013年检测的本单位公共餐(饮)具合格率分别为94.5 %、98.6 %,餐具消毒合格率符合国家卫生标准;从大肠菌群阳性结果中得到28株大肠菌群阳性菌,并对其菌类分型,共检出肺炎克雷伯菌14株,占50 %;阴沟肠杆菌7株,占25.0 %;弗劳地柠檬酸杆菌5株,占17.9 %;大肠埃希菌2株,占7.1 %,而肺炎克雷伯菌是公共餐(饮)具大肠菌群污染的主要型别。因此必须严格餐(饮)具消毒,预防食源性疾病的发生。
Abstract:To understand the pollution situation of all type of coliform bacteria in the public tableware (drinkware)and type classification. The situation of coliform bacteria pollution to provide scientific basis for taking effective measures to prevent the pollution in tableware(drinkware). Results showed that in 2012,2013,public tableware(drinkware)detected,with a qualification rate of 94.5 %,98.6 %,tableware disinfection qualified rate in line with national health standards;In 28 strains of coliform bacteria,14 strains of klebsiella pneumoniae were detected,accounting for 50 %;Sewer enterobacter 7 strains,25.0 %;Frau Dietrich Citrobacter 5 strains,17.9 %;Escherichia coli 2 strains,7.1 %,and klebsiella pneumoniae was the main cause of public tableware(drinkware)contamination. So must be strictly food(drink)with disinfection,prevent the occurrence of food poisoning and infectious diseases.
