中文摘要: 建立微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定仙草及其产品中铅、镉、铬、铜、铁、锌、锰7种微量元素的含量。样品经微波消解,无火焰法测定铅、镉、铬元素、火焰法测定铜、铁、锌、锰元素含量。所测元素标准曲线相关系数均≥0.998,回收率在85.9 %~110.0 %间,RSD均<5 %。本研究建立的方法简便、准确、成本低廉,可用于仙草及其产品中铅、镉等7种元素含量的检测。

Abstract:A method for Determination of Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in mesona chinensis benth and its processed product by Microwave digestion- Atomic absorption spectroscopy was developed. The Trace elements content in mesona chinensis benth and its processed product of lead,cadmium,chromium were detected by microwave digestion -AA Furance and the copper,iron,zinc,manganese were detected by microwave digestion-flame. The results showed that,the correlation coefficient of standard curve of the 7 elements were greater than 0.998,the recoveries were ranged from 85.9 % to 110 %,RSD were less 5 %.The methed had the advantages of simple,accurate,and low cost,wich can be used to detect the content of Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in mesona chinensis benth and its processed product.
