中文摘要: 对3种方法测定肉与肉制品中挥发性盐基氮含量进行比较,分析结果一致。全自动凯氏定氮仪法测定肉与肉制品中挥发性盐基氮含量与传统方法相比,具有试验快速准确、精度高等优点,值得推广。
Abstract:Three methods for determination of TVB-N in meat and meat products were compared,the results are consistent,Compared with the traditional method,it has the advantages of fast and accurate method for the method of Auto azotometer.,high accuracy,it is worth promoting.
