不同冲泡方式普洱茶提取液UPLC指纹图谱方法研究

中文摘要: 考察浸泡时间、浸泡温度、浸泡次数以及拆封储藏时间对普洱茶的水提取液中目标成分(咖啡碱、茶多酚、没食子酸)的影响,建立普洱茶不同冲泡条件下水提取液UPLC指纹图谱,并与普通茶叶进行图谱和目标成分相对峰面积的比较,同时采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)版》软件对其指纹图谱进行相似度评价。试验优化结果为:普洱茶水提取液中主要成分的提取条件是采用25 mL 90℃纯净水冲泡,冲泡2次,每次冲泡时间为5 min,拆封储藏2周为宜。
Abstract:The effects of soaking time,soaking temperature,number of time of soaking as well as storage time on the major ingredient in aqueous extracts of Pu-erh tea were studied. The UPLC fingerprint of aqueous extracts for Pu-erh tea was established and compared with spectrogram and relative peak area of the target in the aqueous extracts of ordinary tea,analyzed by the traditional chinese medicine(TCM)chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system(A)2004 edition software. Under the condition of optimization,the best extraction conditions include that the major ingredient in extracts of Pu-erh tea were brewed with 90℃water (25 mL)about 5 minutes and twice. Once opened,it was advisable to store 2 weeks for Pu-erh tea.
