中文摘要: 红薯是我国的重要粮食作物,与工农业生产和人民生活密切相关,除作主粮外也是重要的食品加工原料。本文 利用微波消解对红薯样品进行前处理,再经石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对红薯中铝本底含量进行检测,探究红薯在居民膳 食铝暴露风险中的影响。经试验测得红薯铝本底平均含量 20.4 mg/kg,居民膳食铝暴露风险较低。
Abstract:Sweet potato was an important food crop in China. It was closely related to industrial and agricultural production and people's life. Except for the staple food, Sweet potato was also an important raw material for food industry. In this paper, the Sweet potato samples were pretreated by microwave digestion, and then the content of aluminum was detected by GFAAS (Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry). The effect of sweet potato on the risk of dietary exposure to aluminum was discussed. Aluminum background value was 20.4 mg/kg. The risk of dietary exposure to aluminum was low.
