中文摘要: 用超纯水作为提取溶剂,对食品中甲酸进行提取,采用离子色谱法进行定量检测。试验中选用 IonPac AS11-HC 阴离子柱分离,电导检测,甲酸根线性范围 0.05 mg/L~1.0 mg/L,线性相关系数为 0.999 3,在不同添加水平下,方法的回收 率为 81.1 %~105.5 %,相对标准偏差为 3.0 %~7.8 %,可满足白酒、果汁及牛奶中甲酸的测定要求。

Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of formic acid in distilled spirit, fruit juice and milk by ion chromatography.The analyte is separated in the anion exchange column IonPac AS11-HC and detected with the conductivity detector.The linear range of the calibration curve for formate was 0.05 mg/L-1.0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 3. At the different addictive levels.The recoveries were in the range of 81.1 %-105.5 % . With the relative standard deviations ranging from 3.0 %-7.8 %. The method was successfully applied to the quantitative determination of formic acid in spirit, fruit juice and milk.
