中文摘要: 为了探究大米中铅含量检测的最优方法。研究石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测大米中铅的含量。大米中铅含量为0.017 5 mg/kg,RSD 为 1.28 %,回收率为 98.05 %。探究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的最优条件为:最佳波长为 260 nm,硝酸 最优浓度为 0.5 mol/L,最优基本改进剂为磷酸二氢铵,灰化温度为 1 000 ℃,石墨炉清除温度 2 800 ℃,采用 90、110 ℃ 二级干燥法是最优的。该方法简便可行,可以满足检测需要。
Abstract:To explore the optimal method for determination of lead content in rice, the content of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of lead in rice was studied. Lead content in rice was 0.017 5 mg/kg,RSD was 1.28 %, the recovery rate was 98.05 %. This paper explored the optimal conditions by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was: the best wavelength was 260 nm, the optimum concentration of nitric acid for 0.5 mol/L, optimal modifier for two ammonium hydrogen phosphate, ashing temperature was 1 000 ℃, graphite furnace cleaning temperature 2 800 ℃,the optimum drying temperature to a temperature of 90, two- 110 ℃. The method was simple and feasible,and can meet the test requirements.
