中文摘要: 根据实际样品的特点,在 GB 5413.21-2010《食品安全国家标准 婴幼儿食品和乳品中钙、铁、锌、钠、钾、镁、铜、 锰的测定》第二法 ICP-OES 法的基础上对检测条件进行了优化探索,并增加了 ICP-OES 测定磷的方法。在样品前处理 时,分别采用传统干法灰化、微波干法灰化、微波消解、高压微波消解对样品进行前处理,结果表明高压微波消解效率最 高。用改进后国标法测定婴幼儿配方食品中各元素含量,标准曲线线性好,检出限较低,回收率高,结果准确。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of actual samples, the testing conditions with ICP -OES were optimized based on the second method of GB 5413.21-2010, and added the method for phosphorus by ICPOES. When dealing with samples, traditional dry ashing, microwave dry ashing, microwave digestion, high pressure microwave digestion were chosen as pretreatment methods, and the best result was the high pressure microwave digestion method. Using the developed method to detect the elements ofinfant formula, the results were accurate with good linerity, low detection limit and high recovery.
