中文摘要: 采用纸片法测定其抑菌作用,并同时采用水杨酸比色法和 DPPH 法测定其抗氧化能力,来评价六盘水野生蕨 菜多糖的生物活性。结果表明:蕨菜多糖提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均有抑菌作用。不同浓度 的蕨菜多糖对清除 DPPH 自由基和抑制·OH 都有明显的效果,且在一定的浓度范围内,蕨菜多糖的浓度与 DPPH 自由 基的清除率和·OH 的抑制率呈正相关。为六盘水野生蕨菜资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Abstract:The experimental determination of the antimicrobial effected by slip method, and the antioxidant ability by salicylic acid colorimetric method and DPPH method, to evaluate the biological activity of polysaccharide in Liupanshui wild pteridium revolutum. The results showed that: the polysaccharide in Liu Panshui wild pteridium revolutum had bacteriostasis to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. Different concentrations of polysaccharide in Liupanshui wild pteridium revolutum had obvious effect scavenging rate of DPPH free radical and inhibition rate of·OH. And in a certain range of dilution, scavenging rate of DPPH free radical and inhibition rate of·OH, was positively related to concentration of polysaccharide in Liupanshui wild pteridium revolutum. To provide reference for further development and utilization of polysaccharide in Liupanshui wild pteridium revolutum.
