中文摘要: 以 20 个不同产地的南酸枣果实为材料,对其纵径、横径、果形指数、单果重、果肉重、果皮重、可食率及果核重 等性状指标进行测定分析,发现果形指数大多集中在 1.15~1.25 之间,单果重多数在 9 g~13 g 之间,可食率普遍偏低,多 数集中在 23 %~28 %之间。相关性分析发现,可食率与果肉重呈极显著相关(r=0.570**),与单果重、果皮重和果核重则无 相关性。因此,果肉重是评价可食率高低的关键,以可食率为指标,初步筛选出南酸枣果实的优良产地,为以后南酸枣果 用资源的进一步选育提供参考。

Abstract:Fruit samples of Choerospondias axillaries from twenty different areas were collected, and their traits including the length, the width, fruit shape index, single fruit weight, pulp weight, edible rate, pericarp weight and stone weight were measured and analyzed. The results indicated that fruit shape index were mostly concentrated between 1.15 and 1.25, most of single fruit weights were between 9 g and 13 g. Edible rate was relatively low, and it was between 23 % and 28 %. Correlation analysis on fruit traits showed that edible rate was very significantly correlated with pulp weight of C. axillaries (r=0.570**), and edible rate had no correlation with single fruit weight, pericarp weight and stone weight (P>0.05). So edible rate was seen as a key reference criterion of fruit traits, and it could provide important reference for further breeding on fruit types of C. axillaries.
