中文摘要: 总结花青素的抗肿瘤活性在细胞模型和动物模型中的研究进展,探讨其可能的分子作用机制,并就花青素在 试验模型系统中的抗肿瘤效力与人类流行病学研究之间的相关性开展了讨论。未来的研究旨在促进花青素及其代谢产 物的吸收,而这也对花青素最终用于人类肿瘤的化学预防具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:The latest developments on the anti-carcinogenic activities of anthocyanins in cell culture models and in animal model tumor systems are summarized in this review,as well as the possible molecular mechanismsof the action are concluded. The correlation between antineoplastic activity of anthocyanins in experimental model systems and human epidemiological studies was been discussed. Future studies aimed at enhancing the absorption of anthocyanins are likely to be necessary for their ultimate use for chemoprevention of human cancer.
