中文摘要: 杏鲍菇生产厂的部分菌丝生产包出现黑斑,从中分离纯化得到病害菌(130305S),结合显微结构和生理生化试 验结果,以及对其 16S rDNA 序列的分析确定病害菌的系统发育地位;通过人工回染试验确定分离得到的病害菌与黑斑 出现的相关性。结果表明:菌株 130305S 鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus megaterium);人工回染试验证实菌株 130305S 可导致生产包出现黑斑,菌丝不生长的污染症状。
Abstract:This study aimed to analysis the disease bacteria which caused blackspot in Pleurotus eryngii package. The strain named 130305S was isolated from the polluted mushroom fungus package from Pleurotus eryngii factory. According to its microstructure, physiological, biochemical properties and 16S rDNA sequences, the phylogenetic position of the strain was defined. The artificial infection experiment which affirmed the correlation between strain 130305S and blacksport was also done. The results showed that 130305S was identified as Bacillus megateriu. The phenomenon of blackspot appearance, that mycelium was no growth in package was caused by strain 130305S.
