中文摘要: 以残留在筛网上的菌丝密集度为指标,确定了菌丝的最佳打碎时间为 2 min。然后以杏鲍菇菌丝生长深度为指 标,分别研究了打碎后的纯菌种稀释倍数和接种量对杏鲍菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:纯菌种最佳稀释倍数为 500 倍,最佳接种量为 20 mL/袋。此研究为筛选适用工厂化生产的液体菌种技术提供了理论依据。
Abstract:Using the mycelium density on the screen as index, the optimum broken time was two seconds. Then, using the depth of hyphae as index, the diluted multiples of broken strains and inoculum size were studied on the mycelial growth. The result showed: the optimum diluted multiples of broken pure strains was 500 times, the optimum inoculum size was 20 mL per bag. The study for screening for factory production of liquid strains technology provides a theoretical basis.
