中文摘要: 用 β-CD 微波协同提取甘草中的黄酮,在单因素试验基础上采用响应面(RSM)分析法,考察 β-CD 用量、微波 功率、料液比、微波时间、乙醇体积分数、对黄酮提取率的影响。单因素试验确定最佳提取条件为:甘草 ∶ β-CD(质量比) 为 1 ∶ 0.8、微波功率 200 W、料液比 1 ∶ 30(g/mL)、微波提取时间 150 s、乙醇体积分数 60 %;响应面法试验优化结果为:微 波功率 200 W、微波提取时间 145 s、料液比 1 ∶ 32(g/mL)。

Abstract:On the basis of single factor experiment using the response surface method, microwave -assisted extraction of licorice flavonoids with β-CD as media was investegated. The impact factor, such as the amount of β-CD, microwave power, solid-liquid ratio, microwave time and the concentration of ethanol were determined, the optimum extraction conditions was as follows: the amount of beta-CD 0.800 0 g, microwave power 200 W, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 30 (g/mL), microwave extraction time 150 s, the concentration of ethanol 60 %; response surface method for experimental optimization results as follows: microwave power 200 W, the microwave extraction time 145 s, the solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 32(g/mL).
