Abstract:A extraction process and a determination method of triterpene saponins in Ziziphus jujuba leaves was researched. The optimum extraction process of saponins was as follow: 50 % aqueous ethanol, solvent to medicine was the ratio of 10 ∶ 1 (mL/g), reflux extraction time was 1.5 h. The triterpene saponins content in the leaf of Ziziphus jujuba was 9.208 %, RSD = 2.26 %.
