中文摘要: 研究红枣叶三萜皂苷的提取工艺和含量测定方法。最佳提取工艺为 50 %乙醇水溶液，液料比 10 ∶ 1（mL/g），回流提取 1.5 h；枣叶三萜皂苷含量为 9.208 %，RSD = 2.26 %。

Abstract:A extraction process and a determination method of triterpene saponins in Ziziphus jujuba leaves was researched. The optimum extraction process of saponins was as follow： 50 % aqueous ethanol， solvent to medicine was the ratio of 10 ∶ 1 （mL/g）， reflux extraction time was 1.5 h. The triterpene saponins content in the leaf of Ziziphus jujuba was 9.208 %， RSD = 2.26 %.
