中文摘要: 试验优选了莲子壳中原花青素的最佳提取工艺。以原花青素的提取率为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验法, 考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间 4 因素对原花青素提取率的影响,优选其最佳提取条件。结果表明,优选出 的最佳提取工艺为:提取溶剂 50 %乙醇,料液比 1 ∶ 10(g/mL),提取温度 65 ℃,提取时间 3 h。该提取工艺操作简单,稳定 性好,适用于工业化生产。

Abstract:The extraction process for proanthocyanidins in Lotus seed shell were optimized in this paper. With the content of proanthocyanidins as indexes, the single factor and orthogonal test was adopted to research the effects of 4 facters,including the concentration and volume of alcohol, solid-liquid ratio,the temperature and extraction time on the extraction yield of proanthocyanidins from Lotus seed shell. The results showed that the best extraction conditions were: extraction agent 50 % of alcohol, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 10(g/mL), temperature 65 ℃ and extraction time 3 h. The extraction process was simple and reasonable, suitable for industrial production.
