苹果多酚对Caco-2细胞和LDL抗氧化作用的研究

中文摘要: 采用细胞氧化损伤模型和 Cu2+诱导的低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化修饰模型来评价不同品种中苹果多酚的抗氧化 作用。结果表明 H2O2 浓度为 10 mmol/L 时对细胞模型损伤程度比较适中。富士中苹果多酚对损伤的 Caco-2 细胞的保护 作用最强,其中富士、国光、金冠和王林处理后细胞产 MDA 量分别是对照的 20 %、33 %、40 %和 60 %;苹果多酚对 LDL 的氧化修饰具有显著的抑制作用,除了王林多酚外,富士、国光和金冠均能极显著地延长 LDL 氧化的延滞时间,其中富 士苹果多酚的作用最强是对照延滞阶段时间的 7 倍,国光和金冠苹果次之分别是对照延滞时间的 4 倍和 3 倍。

Abstract:The antioxidant and protective properties of apple polyphenols were investigated using oxidative stress Caco -2 cellculture mode and oxidized low density lipoproteins induced Cu2+. The results showed that H2O2-induced oxidative stress was investigated using Caco-2 cells and 10 mmol/L H2O2 was moderate. Apple polyphenols could protecte Caco-2 cells from oxidative stress. The MDA contents of cells were approximately 20 % , 33 % , 40 % and 60 % as in those of the control group for Fuji, Guoguang, Golden Delicious and Wanglin, respectively. The polyphenols of Fuji, Guoguang and Golden Deliciou apple could effectively prevent oxidation of LDL. The lag phages of LDL oxidation curves were prolonged over 7,4 and 3 times longer than that of the control group for Fuji, Guoguang and Golden Delicious, respectively.
