中文摘要: 用高效液相色谱对蜂胶乙醇提取物（EEP）中的芦丁和槲皮素含量进行测定，并对不同处理方法得到的 EEP 进 行抗氧化性能研究。结果表明，芦丁和槲皮素在不同试验样品的含量分别为：粗蜂胶中的含量分别是 1.823 %和 6.03 %， 超声波辅助乙醇提取物中的含量分别为 3.134 %和 6.138 %，经大孔树脂纯化后其含量分别为 4.256 %和 13.483 %。通过 Schaal 烘箱法表明蜂胶中黄酮类化合物含量越高，抗氧化效果越好。
Abstract:The content of rutin and quercetin of ethanol extract of propolis was determined by HPLC，and the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract of EEP was also researched. Analysis showed： the content of rutin and quercetin was 1.823 % and 6.03 % respectively in crude propolis；3.134 % and 6.138 % respectively in ultrasonic assisted ethanol extract of propolis；4.256 % and 13.483 % respectively in purification by macroreticular resin.It showed that the more flavonoids contents of the propolis ，the better antioxidant activity by Schaal oven method.
