中文摘要: 为缓解香菇2潮后产量与生物学效率下降问题,该研究以玉米浆水解液为注水营养液,设置不同添加量,以菌丝酶活力、子实体营养成分及产量为指标,探究其对香菇生长及子实体品质的影响。试验结果表明,玉米浆水解液添加量为3.0%时,子实体品质较优;玉米浆水解液添加量为2.0%时,菌丝酶活力最高;玉米浆水解液添加量为7.0%时,子实体产量最高。综合评价,2 潮后香菇菌棒注入2.0%~5.0%玉米浆水解液最为适宜,可在增产的同时提升子实体品质。
Abstract:To alleviate the decline in yield and biological efficiency of Lentinus edodes after the second flush,corn steep liquor hydrolysate was applied as a water-replenishing nutrient solution at various concentrations.The effects on mycelial enzyme activity,nutritional components,yield,and quality of fruiting bodies were evaluated. Results showed that the 3.0% corn steep liquor hydrolysate treatment achieved the best fruiting body quality,the 2.0% treatment gave the highest mycelial enzyme activity,and the 7.0% treatment produced the maximum fruiting bodies yield. According to the comprehensive assessment,application of 2.0%-5.0% corn steep liquor hydrolysate is optimal for Lentinus edodes cultivation bags after the second flush,which can simultaneously promote yield and enhance quality.
