中文摘要: 为探究采后成熟(postharvest ripening,PR)与1-甲基环丙烯(1-methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)联合处理对猕猴桃冷藏后货架品质的影响,以‘贵长’猕猴桃为试验材料,研究不同处理组[对照(CK)组、PR组、1-MCP组、PR+1-MCP组及1-MCP+PR组]对猕猴桃冷藏后货架品质的影响。结果表明,与CK组相比,1-MCP+PR处理(先熏后熟)在维持品质方面最为有效,该处理可以显著抑制呼吸速率和乙烯释放,降低软腐病发病率和腐烂率,同时可以较好地保持可溶性固形物(total soluble solids,TSS)含量、有机酸(organic acids,OA)含量、抗坏血酸(vitamin C,VC)含量和总酚含量。在生理代谢方面,1-MCP+PR处理可以提高超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ascorbate peroxidase,APX)活性和过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性,降低H2O2积累,并抑制脂氧合酶(lipoxygenase,LOX)活性,同时激活并稳定几丁质酶(chitinase,CHI)活性。综上,1-MCP+PR处理能通过协同调控乙烯代谢、增强抗氧化与抗病系统,有效维持猕猴桃冷藏后货架品质。
Abstract:This study aimed to explore the effects of combined postharvest ripening (PR) and 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) treatment on the shelf-life quality of kiwifruit following cold storage,'Guichang' kiwifruit was selected as the experimental material,and five treatments were set,including the control(CK),PR,1-MCP,PR+1-MCP,and 1-MCP+PR,to evaluate their influences on the shelf-life quality of cold-stored kiwifruit. The results indicated that,1-MCP+PR treatment (1-MCP fumigation prior to postharvest ripening) exhibited the optimal efficacy in maintaining fruit quality compared with the CK group. This combined treatment significantly suppressed the respiration rate and ethylene production,decreased the incidence of soft rot and fruit decay rate,and effectively retained the contents of total soluble solids (TSS),organic acids (OA),vitamin C(VC),and total phenolics in kiwifruit during shelf-life. In terms of physiological metabolism,the 1-MCP+PR treatment markedly enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),ascorbate peroxidase (APX),and peroxidase (POD),alleviated hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) accumulation,and inhibited lipoxygenase (LOX)activity. Furthermore,it activated and stabilized the activity of chitinase (CHI) in fruit tissues. In conclusion,the 1-MCP+PR treatment can effectively preserve the shelf-life quality of cold-stored kiwifruit by synergistically regulating ethylene metabolism and strengthening the antioxidant and disease resistance systems of the fruit.
