Abstract:As a model of traditional Chinese herbal liquor，Zhuyeqing liquor uses high-quality Fenjiu as the base wine and is integrated with 12 natural medicinal materials such as Lophatherum gracile，Amomum villosum，and Gardenia jasminoides，combining brewing techniques with health preservation wisdom. Studies have indicated that it is rich in flavonoids，phenolic acids，and various trace elements，exhibiting multiple biological activities such as antioxidant，immunomodulatory，and organ protection effects. In this paper，the nutritional functional components responsible for the health benefits in Zhuyeqing liquor and their mechanisms of action were systematically summarized，and problems such as imperfect quality control standards and unclear synergistic mechanisms of active ingredients were identified. In the future，interdisciplinary research should be strengthened to analyze the ingredient and efficacy association through metabolomics，establish a health evaluation system based on evidence-based medicine，and pay attention to the standardization of traditional processes and cultural value mining.
