不同碳源及氮源条件对金耳菌丝生长的影响

中文摘要: 以金耳菌株为试验材料,以氯霉素马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(chloramphenicol potato dextrose agar,cPDA)平板生长情况、菌丝生长速率、显微形态下菌丝分枝情况及气生菌丝直径为指标,探究不同碳源、氮源条件对金耳菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,当碳源为蔗糖时,金耳菌丝生长情况最好,菌丝生长致密,颜色为洁白色,中央菌丝褶皱凸起,菌丝生长速率最高,且尖端菌丝分枝较多,气生菌丝直径最大;当氮源为蛋白胨时,金耳菌丝生长情况最好,菌丝致密,颜色更为洁白,背部黄色分泌物较少,菌丝生长速率最高,且尖端菌丝分枝较多,气生菌丝直径最大。

Abstract:Naematelia aurantialba strain was used as the material to investigate the effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on N. aurantialba mycelial growth,with chloramphenicol potato dextrose agar (cPDA)plate growth,mycelial growth rate,mycelial branching morphology under microscopy,and aerial mycelium diameter as indicators. The results showed that when the carbon source was sucrose,N. aurantialba mycelial growth was the best,with dense and white mycelia. The central mycelia were wrinkled and swollen,demonstrating the highest mycelial growth rate. Additionally,more branches were observed in the tip mycelia,with the largest aerial mycelium diameter. When the nitrogen source was peptone,N. aurantialba mycelial growth was the best,with dense and whiter mycelia. Less yellow secretion was found on the back,with the highest mycelial growth rate. Additionally,more branches were observed in the tip mycelia,with the largest aerial mycelium diameter.
