玉须葛根复合茶的降血糖机制

中文摘要: 以α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制率为检测指标,研究玉须葛根复合茶及5 种单一组分提取物的降血糖作用。结果表明,玉须葛根复合茶及单一组分对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性具有抑制作用,其中葛根和栀子的抑制作用最为显著,半数抑制浓度分别为1.87 mg/mL和1.32 mg/mL。进一步研究发现,随着茶包提取液浓度的增大,酶促反应的米氏常数(Km)减小,最大反应速率(Vmax)减小,表明其对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制类型为可逆混合型抑制。动物实验表明,灌胃后茶包提取液高、低剂量组空腹血糖值和餐后血糖水平较模型组均有所下降,说明玉须葛根复合茶在一定程度上可以起到降血糖作用,具有开发为降血糖功能性食品的潜力。
Abstract:In order to study the hypoglycemic effect of compound tea,the inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase was used as an indicator to study the inhibitory activity of corn silk and kudzu root compound tea and its 5 individual components. The results showed that compound tea and its individual components have inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase,with kudzu root and gardenia having the most significant inhibition rates,with halfinhibition concentrations of 1.87 mg/mL and 1.32 mg/mL respectively. Further research found that as the concentration of compound tea extract increases,the michaelis constant (Km) and maximum velocity (Vmax) of the enzymatic reaction decreases,indicating that it has a reversible mixed-type inhibition on α-glucosidase. Animal experiments showed that the fasting blood glucose value and postprandial blood glucose of the high and low dose groups were lower than those of the model group after gavage,Indicating corn silk and kudzu root compound tea has a hypoglycemic effect and has the potential to be developed into a sugar-lowering functional food.
