中文摘要: 丁香总酚是丁香中重要的生物活性成分,具有抑菌和抗氧化特性,但其高效提取工艺有待深入研究。该研究采用超声波辅助乙醇法提取丁香总酚,结合响应面法优化提取工艺,确定最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度60%、超声时间22 min、料液比1∶33 (g/mL),此条件下丁香总酚得率达(1.60±0.02) mg/g。抑菌试验结果表明,丁香总酚能有效抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的生长,抑菌圈直径分别为17.50、16.30 mm,最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)分别为0.062 5、1.000 0 mg/mL。
Abstract:Total phenols from clove are important bioactive components that possess antibacterial and antioxidant properties. However, their efficient extraction process requires further investigation. In this study, ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction was used to extract total phenols from clove, and the extraction process was optimized using response surface methodology. The optimal extraction conditions were determined as 60% ethanol concentration, 22 min ultrasonic time, and a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶33 (g/mL). Under these conditions,the yield of clove total phenols reached (1.60±0.02) mg/g. The antibacterial test results showed that clove total phenols effectively inhibited the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella, with inhibition zone diameters of 17.50 mm and 16.30 mm, respectively. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were 0.062 5 mg/mL and 1.000 0 mg/mL, respectively.
