中文摘要: 免疫系统是机体中负责执行免疫应答、实现免疫功能的关键系统,能够识别和排除具有抗原性的异物,且能与机体其他系统协同作用,共同维持体内环境的稳定性与生理平衡。传统益生菌作为活性微生物制剂,在保护肠道屏障、增强机体免疫力以及维持肠道菌群稳态等方面发挥重要作用。灭活益生菌或其发酵代谢物(即后生元)可通过类似于活益生菌的作用机制,赋予宿主相似的免疫调节效果。该文综述免疫系统的组成,概述活性益生菌及其后生元对机体免疫功能的调节作用,以期为未来以无毒性、保质期长、稳定性高的后生元替代活益生菌,作为一种新型安全的膳食补充剂应用于免疫相关疾病的防控提供理论依据。
Abstract:The immune system is a key system in the body responsible for executing immune responses and achieving immune functions. It can recognize and eliminate foreign substances with antigenicity and work together with other systems in the body to maintain the stability and physiological balance of the internal environment. Traditional probiotics,as active microbial preparations,play an important role in protecting the intestinal barrier,enhancing the body's immune system,and maintaining intestinal microbiota homeostasis. Inactivating probiotics or using only their fermented metabolites (i.e.,postbiotics) can endow hosts with similar immune regulatory effects through a mechanism similar to that of live probiotics. The composition of the immune system was reviewed,and the regulatory effects of active probiotics and their postbiotics on the body's immune function were summarized. It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the potential use of non-toxic,longlasting,and stable postbiotics as a new and safe dietary supplement to address immune-related diseases in the future.
