中文摘要: 松科植物因在世界范围内分布广泛,一直以来在工业上备受关注,其针叶部分在民间药用中应用广泛,常被纳入药用配方,其提炼的精油也有较大的商业价值。松针精油由单萜、倍半萜及其含氧衍生物组成,具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗炎等生物活性,可与其他植物精油联用发挥协同增效作用,使其在日化、食品保鲜、防腐、农业除草、杀虫等领域有较大前景。该文综述松针精油的提取工艺、主要成分和生物活性及应用,以期为其工业化、产品化提供理论基础。
Abstract:Pine plants have attracted attention for a long time in industry due to their wide distribution around the world. Their needles were widely used in folk medicine and often incorporated into medicinal formulas. The essential oil obtained from pine needles through steam distillation possessed significant commercial value. Pine needle essential oil is composed of monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, and their oxygen-containing derivatives,which exhibited biological activities such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. It could even exert synergistic effects when being combined with other plant essential oils. The essential oil extracted from pine needles demonstrated great potential for application in fields such as daily chemicals, food preservation, antiseptics, weeding, and pest control. This article reviewed the extraction processes, main components, biological activities, and applications of pine needle essential oil, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for its industrial application and product development.
