中文摘要: 真菌毒素污染严重威胁全球食品安全与公众健康,发展高效灵敏的检测方法至关重要。金属有机框架(metal organic frameworks,MOFs)凭借其高比表面积、可调孔隙结构和易功能化等优势,在真菌毒素的分离富集与检测中展现出显著应用潜力。该文系统综述MOFs的制备方法及其在样品前处理、真菌毒素检测中的应用,重点总结基于MOFs构建的电化学、荧光、比色、表面增强拉曼等新型传感器在多种真菌毒素检测中的研究进展,并讨论现有方法的优势、局限性以及未来的发展方向,以期为真菌毒素的高效检测技术发展提供参考。
Abstract:Mycotoxin contamination poses a serious threat to global food safety and public health,making the development of efficient and sensitive detection methods critically important.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),owing to their high specific surface area,tunable pore structures,and facile functionalization,have demonstrated significant application potential in the separation,enrichment,and detection of mycotoxins.This article systematically reviewed the synthesis methods of MOFs and their applications in sample pretreatment and mycotoxin detection,with particular emphasis on recent advances in novel MOF-based electrochemical,fluorescence,colorimetric,and surface-enhanced Raman scattering sensors for the detection of various mycotoxins.In addition,the advantages,limitations,and future development directions of existing methods were discussed,with the aim of providing references for the development of efficient mycotoxin detection technologies.
