中文摘要: 为探究肉苁蓉茯茶对环磷酰胺诱导免疫低下小鼠免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响。利用环磷酰胺诱导建立免疫低下小鼠模型,给予肉苁蓉茯茶,检测小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏病理形态及淋巴细胞亚群水平,采用高通量测序技术分析小鼠粪便中肠道菌群情况。结果表明,肉苁蓉茯茶能增强免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫功能,显著提高免疫低下小鼠的胸腺指数、改善脾脏病理性损伤及CD3+T细胞百分比、B细胞百分比、CD4+∕CD8+比值,从而发挥免疫调节作用。肉苁蓉茯茶还可以改善肠道菌群紊乱,显著增加普雷沃菌属(Prevotellia)、阿克曼菌属(Akkermansia)、拟普雷沃菌属(Alloprevotella)等益生菌的相对丰度,从而发挥其免疫调节能力。肉苁蓉茯茶能够提高环磷酰胺诱导免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能,其机制可能与调节肠道微生态平衡密切相关。
Abstract:This paper aims to investigate the effects of Cistanche deserticola fermented tea on the immune function and gut microbiota in cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice.An immunosuppressed mouse model was built by adopting cyclophosphamide induction,followed by the administration of C.deserticola fermented tea.Meanwhile,changes in the thymus index,pathological morphology of the spleen,and lymphocyte subset levels were measured,and high-throughput sequencing technology was employed to analyze the intestinal microbiota in mouse feces.Result showed that C.deserticola fermented tea could enhance the immune function in immunosuppressed mice,significantly increased the thymus index,alleviate spleen pathological damage,and increased the percentage of CD3+ T cells,B cells,and CD4+∕CD8+ ratio,thus exerting immunoregulatory effects.C.deserticola fermented tea also alleviates gut microbiota dysbiosis,significantly increasing the relative abundance of probiotics such as Prevotella,Akkermansia,and Alloprevotella,thereby enhancing its immunoregulatory ability.C.deserticola fermented tea can enhance the immune function of cyclophosphamideinduced immunosuppressed mice,and the mechanism may be closely related to the regulation of gut microbiota balance.
