中文摘要: 苦瓜富含维生素及活性成分,但在采后贮运过程中易出现软化、转红及腐烂等现象。保鲜膜包装通过调节气体成分、抑制水分流失、延缓代谢活动与微生物繁殖,成为延缓其品质劣变的有效保鲜技术。该文探讨苦瓜采后品质劣变特性及影响因素,系统总结不同保鲜膜技术的研究进展,以期为综合应用多种保鲜技术、加强苦瓜采后处理技术研究等提供理论参考。
Abstract:Balsam pear is rich in vitamins and bioactive components but is prone to softening, reddening, and decay during postharvest storage and transportation. Preservation film packaging, by regulating gas composition, reducing moisture loss, and slowing metabolic activity and microbial growth, has become an effective technology to delay quality deterioration. This article discussed the characteristics and influencing factors of postharvest quality deterioration in balsam pear, systematically summarized the research progress of various preservation film technologies, and aimed to provide theoretical reference for the comprehensive application of various preservation techniques and further research on postharvest handling of balsam pear.
