Abstract:This article reviewed the advances in Phellinus linteus polysaccharides across several key research areas,including extraction,separation,purification,structural analysis,liquid fermentation technology,and pharmacological effects. Firstly,the review provided a detailed discussion of the extraction methods for Phellinus linteus polysaccharides and explored the principles,operation processes,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various extraction techniques. It offered theoretical support for the efficient extraction of Phellinus linteus polysaccharides. Secondly,the review focused on the separation and purification of Phellinus linteus polysaccharides and the analysis of their chemical structures and revealed the potential relationships between their structural characteristics and biological activities. Additionally,the review presented a detailed introduction to the liquid fermentation technology of Phellinus linteus polysaccharides,promoting its industrialization and providing a viable approach for large-scale production of Phellinus linteus polysaccharides. In terms of pharmacological properties,the review elaborated on the diverse pharmacological activities of Phellinus linteus polysaccharides,including immune regulation,anti-tumor effects,and antioxidant properties. It suggested their broad application potential in the fields of medicine and health products .
