中文摘要: 以姬松茸菌株菌丝体为材料,采用单因素试验和响应面设计法优化液体菌种培养基配方。结果表明,姬松茸菌丝生长最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为酵母浸粉,最适接种量为10%;进一步以菌丝生物量为响应值,根据Box-Behnken设计预测最适的培养基配方为葡萄糖添加量32.894 g/L、酵母浸粉添加量3.773 g/L、接种量10.434%,在相同的培养条件下,菌丝生物量实测值为11.080 mg/mL,与理论值11.056 mg/mL较为吻合。
Abstract:With the mycelia of?Agaricus?blazei?Murill as the material,the liquid fermentation medium formulation was optimized by single factor experiments and response surface design. The results showed that the most suitable carbon source,nitrogen source,and inoculum amount for the growth of?A.?blazei?mycelia were glucose,yeast extract powder,and 10%,respectively. Furthermore,with the mycelial biomass as the response value,the medium formulation was optimized as 32.894 g/L glucose,3.773 g/L yeast extract powder,and 10.434% inoculum amount according to the Box-Behnken design. The measured mycelial biomass in the optimal medium was 11.080 mg/mL,which was consistent with the theoretical value of 11.056 mg/mL under the same culture conditions.
