中文摘要: 为探讨银耳多糖的研究热点和新趋势,利用CiteSpace6.2.R6软件对2002年~2023年期间中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure, CNKI)数据库和科学网核心合集(Web of Science Core Collection, WOSCC)数据库中银耳多糖的文献进行文献计量学分析。结果表明,分别从CNKI和WOSCC数据库检索到200篇中文文献和201篇外文文献,发文量逐年增长,特别是2019~2023年期间呈现激增态势。从CNKI和WOSCC两个数据库综合可以看出主要发文国家为中国,共发文377篇,占比94.01%。CNKI和WOSCC数据库中参与该领域研究的作者间出现作者合作群,即已形成相应研究团队。两数据库显示,发文机构集中在中国高校;其中发文量最高的期刊是《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》;研究热点主要集中在银耳多糖的抗氧化活性、提取工艺、免疫学活性等方面,其产业化应用研究将成为新趋势。
Abstract:To investigate the research hotspots and emerging trends of Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides(TFPs), this study conducted a bibliometric analysis of the literature on TFPs between 2002 and 2023 from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database and the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC) database with the CiteSpace6.2.R6 software. The results showed that 200 pieces of Chinese literature and 201 pieces of foreign literature were retrieved from CNKI and WOSCC databases, respectively. The number of annual publications had been increasing year by year, especially from 2019 to 2023, during which a surging trend was shown. From the two databases, it was found that the publications were mainly from China, with a total of 377 articles, which accounted for 94.01% of the total amount of literature. There had been cooperative clusters of authors involved in the research in this field in the CNKI and WOSCC databases,indicating that the corresponding research teams had been formed. The two databases showed that institutions with the publications on TFPs were concentrated in Chinese universities, and the journal with the largest number of publications was the International Journal of Biological Macromolecules. The research hotspots mainly focused on the antioxidant activity, extraction process, and immunological activity of TFPs, and their industrial application research was expected to become a new trend.
