中文摘要: 该文以采自衢州不同地区的12份衢枳壳作为样本,采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其中24种元素(Li、Be、B、Mg、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Se、Rb、Sr、Ag、Cd、Cs、Ba、Tl、Pb)的含量。结果显示,Mg平均含量最高,为715.397 6 mg/kg,其次是Fe、Ba、Sr、Al、B、Rb、Zn、Mn、Cu、Ni,平均含量分别为54.923 1、33.387 8、21.044 5、17.412 5、16.363 0、11.420 4、11.389 8、11.336 7、4.020 4、2.354 7 mg/kg,Li、Cr、Co、Pb、V、Se、As、Cs、Ga、Ag、Cd、Be、Tl含量均低于0.5 mg/kg。研究发现不同样品无机元素相对含量差别不大,根据元素相对含量走势图制定衢枳壳无机元素指纹图谱,并进行相关性分析,结果有42对呈极显著正相关、24对呈显著正相关、4对呈显著负相关、2对呈极显著负相关,表明这些元素在衢枳壳生长过程中存在一定的协同或拮抗作用。
Abstract:Twelve samples of Qu Aurantii Fructus in this paper were collected from different areas of Quzhou.The content of 24 elements (Li, Be, B, Mg, Al, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Se, Rb, Sr,Ag, Cd, Cs, Ba, Tl, and Pb) was determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The results showed that the average content of Mg was the highest, at 715.397 6 mg/kg, followed by that of Fe, Ba, Sr, Al, B, Rb, Zn, Mn, Cu, and Ni, which was 54.923 1, 33.387 8, 21.044 5, 17.412 5,16.363 0, 11.420 4, 11.389 8, 11.336 7, 4.020 4, and 2.354 7 mg/kg, respectively. The content of Li, Cr,Co, Pb, V, Se, As, Cs, Ga, Ag, Cd, Be, and Tl was all lower than 0.5 mg/kg. The study found that there was little difference in the relative content of inorganic elements in different samples. Based on the relative element content trend chart, the inorganic element fingerprint of Qu Aurantii Fructus was established, and a correlation analysis was conducted. The results showed highly significant positive correlation in 42 pairs, significant positive correlation in 24 pairs, significant negative correlation in 4 pairs, and highly significant negative correlation in 2 pairs, indicating that these elements have certain synergistic or antagonistic effects in the growth process of Qu Aurantii Fructus.
