中文摘要: 采用紫玉盘叶作为原料,通过单因素试验和响应面分析法确定微波辅助提取紫玉盘叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件,以葡萄过氧化物酶活性为指标,评价黄酮提取液对葡萄的保鲜效果。结果表明,在微波功率210 W、乙醇溶液浓度50%、提取时间14 min、液料比37∶1 (mL/g)的提取条件下,紫玉盘叶总黄酮提取率最高,为2.88%。葡萄经过紫玉盘叶总黄酮提取液处理后,其过氧化物酶活性明显降低,说明紫玉盘叶黄酮具有一定的抗氧化活性,可用于葡萄的保鲜处理。
Abstract:The optimal conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Uvaria macrophylla leaves were determined through single-factor experiments and response surface methodology. The preservation effect of the extract on grapes was assessed based on the activity of grape peroxidase. The results showed that the highest yield of total flavonoids (2.88%) was obtained after extraction with 50% ethanol at the liquid-tosolid ratio of 37∶1 (mL/g) and the microwave power of 210 W for 14 min. After treatment with the extract, the peroxidase activity of grapes significantly decreased, which indicated that the total flavonoids possessed certain antioxidant activity and can be used for grape preservation.
