中文摘要: 为了解铁掺杂负载型TiO2薄膜(iron doped supported TiO2 thin film,Fe-STF)光催化降解花生油中黄曲霉毒素B(1aflatoxin B1,AFB1)的降解效果,在自制的光催化反应器中,对花生油中AFB1进行降解,利用场发射扫描显微镜(field emission scanning electron microscope,FESEM)和X-射线光电子能谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,XPS)对光催化材料表征,结果表明:TiO2能够很好地负载到石英玻璃管表面,Fe的加入使TiO2羟基氧的含量提升12.77%,Ti3+提升51.08%,AFB1降解率提高9.69%,在光催化降解过程中,花生油酸价(acid value,AV)无明显变化,对过氧化值(peroxide value,POV)进行Exp Dec1拟合,拟合效果较好(R2>0.95),在光催化过程中,POV升高的速率会下降,逐渐趋近于平衡状态,AV和POV均符合一级压榨花生油标准。
Abstract:To investigate the photocatalytic degradation effect of iron doped supported TiO2 thin film(Fe-STF)on aflatoxin B1(AFB1)in peanut oil,AFB1 in peanut oil was degraded in a self-made photocatalytic reactor. Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were used to characterize the photocatalytic material.The results showed that TiO2 was well loaded onto the surface of quartz glass tubes,and the addition of Fe increased the hydroxyl oxygen content of TiO2 by 12.77%,Ti3+ by 51.08%,and the degradation rate of AFB1 increased by 9.69%. During the photocatalytic degradation process,there was no significant change in the acid value(AV)of peanut oil.Exp Dec1 was used to fit the peroxide value(POV),and the fitting effect was good(R2>0.95). After the photocatalytic process,the increase rate of POV slowed down and gradually approached an equilibrium state. Both AV and POV met the standards for first-grade pressed peanut oil in China.
