中文摘要: 该研究以玉米低聚肽为主要原料,强化谷氨酰胺、L-亮氨酸和L-异亮氨酸等功能营养成分开发一款玉米低聚肽运动后修复饮料,然后利用连二亚硫酸钠(Na2S2O4)诱导大鼠心肌细胞(H9c2细胞)缺氧再灌注损伤模型进而探究玉米低聚肽运动后修复饮料的功效特性,利用细胞生长状态、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)活性以及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)酶活力等指标对玉米低聚肽运动后修复饮料进行综合评价。结果表明:此产品能显著降低缺氧H9c2细胞模型LDH活性,增加胞内SOD酶活力(P<0.05),降低活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)以及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量,表明所研发的玉米低聚肽运动后修复饮料对缺氧后的心肌细胞具有保护作用。
Abstract:In this study,a post-workout nutraceutical drink based on corn oligopeptides(COPs)was developed by strengthening functional nutrients such as glutamine,L-leucine and L-isoleucine with COPs as the main raw material.Then,the hypoxic reperfusion injury model of rats'cardiomyocytes,namely H9c2 cells induced by sodium dithionite(Na2S2O4),was used to explore the efficacy of the post-workout nutraceutical drink based on COPs. Cell growth status,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)content,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity were used to comprehensively evaluate the post-workout nutraceutical drink based on COPs. The results showed that this product could significantly reduce the LDH content in the hypoxic H9c2 cell model,increase the intracellular SOD activity(P<0.05),and reduce reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content,indicating that the developed post-workout nutraceutical drink based on COPs had a protective effect on cardiomyocytes after hypoxia.
