中文摘要: 蛹虫草是一种珍贵的食药两种真菌,目前已实现人工规模化栽培,其含有虫草素、虫草酸、虫草多糖、虫草蛋白、喷司他丁、新型色素、超氧化物歧化酶、纤溶酶、麦角固醇等多种对人体有益的生物活性成分,具有抑菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗疲劳、免疫调节、抗脂肪生成等生理功能,被广泛作为冬虫夏草的替代品。该文综述蛹虫草中的主要生物活性成分及其生理功能,并对如何提高蛹虫草生物活性成分的产量和降低生产成本进行展望,以期为开发蛹虫草新产品、扩大蛹虫草的应用领域提供思路和参考。
Abstract:Cordyceps militaris,a precious fungus with both edible and medicinal values,has been cultivated on a large scale. It contains cordycepins,cordycepic acids,polysaccharides,proteins,pentostatins,novel pigments,superoxide dismutase,fibrinolytic enzymes,and ergosterols,which endow C.militaris with antibacterial,anti-viral,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-fatigue,immunomodulatory,and antiadipogenesis activities. This fungus is widely used as a substitute for Ophiocordyceps sinensis. The main bioactive components of C. militaris and their physiological functions were reviewed. Methods for improving the yields of bioactive components of C.militaris and reducing the production cost were prospected.The aim was to give insights into the new product development and application field expansion of C.militaris.
