中文摘要: 该文使用液态发酵方法,以铁核桃壳与三七须根提取液为试验组,木屑与棉籽壳提取液为对照组,对赤芝(Gano?derma lucidum)与紫芝(Ganoderma sinense)菌株分别发酵后,研究铁核桃壳与三七须根对发酵液中活性成分的影响。结果表明:赤芝与紫芝菌株的最适液态发酵配方为铁核桃壳与三七须根质量比45∶35,在该配方下,赤芝与紫芝发酵液中多糖含量分别为58.91、55.15 g/L;三萜含量分别为4.93、4.73 g/L,均显著高于对照组,并且对总皂苷、微量元素、粗蛋白、氨基酸、核苷的合成有促进作用。高效液相色谱分析表明,赤芝与紫芝菌丝对三七须根中皂苷成分有富集效果。
Abstract:The effects of liquid fermentation on the active ingredients in the fermentation broths of Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma sinense strains were investigated using Juglans sigillata shells and Panax notogin?seng root extracts as the experimental group and wood shavings and cottonseed husk extracts as the control group.The results showed that the optimal liquid fermentation formula for Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma sinense strains was a 45∶35 mass ratio of Juglans sigillata shells to Panax notoginseng roots. Under this for‐mula,the polysaccharide contents in the fermentation broths of Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma sinense were 58.91 g/L and 55.15 g/L,respectively;the triterpenoids contents of Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma sinense were 4.93 g/L and 4.73 g/L,respectively,all significantly higher than those in the control group.The fer‐mentation process also promoted the synthesis of total saponins,trace elements,crude proteins,amino acids,and nucleosides.High‐performance liquid chromatography analysis showed that the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma sinense exhibited an enrichment effect on the saponin components in Panax notoginseng roots.
