中文摘要: 为探究植物提取物3‐癸烯‐2‐酮对马铃薯抑芽保鲜效果和生理变化的影响,以“陇薯7 号”马铃薯为试验材料,采用0.15 mL/kg 的3‐癸烯‐2‐酮对萌芽期的马铃薯进行熏蒸处理后于10 ℃下贮藏20 周,并对贮藏期间马铃薯的芽长、发芽率、失重率、贮藏品质和生理指标进行测定。结果表明,3‐癸烯‐2‐酮处理可有效抑制马铃薯的发芽,降低失重率,维持干物质、维生素C、淀粉和还原糖的含量;此外还可抑制马铃薯的呼吸,提高脱落酸和茉莉酸含量、降低吲哚乙酸含量,保持超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性,降低相对电导率和丙二醛含量,从而延缓膜脂过氧化,提升马铃薯的贮藏保鲜效果。
Abstract:The influence of plant extract 3‐decen‐2‐one on potato sprout inhibition and preservation and physi‐ological changes were investigated using ′Longshu′ 7 potatoes as experimental material. Potatoes at the germi‐nation stage were fumigated with 3‐decen‐2‐one of 0.15 mL/kg and then stored at 10 ℃for 20 weeks. The sprout length,sprouting rate,weight loss rate,storage quality,and physiological indexes during storage were de‐termined.The results showed that the treatment of 3‐decen‐2‐one could effectively inhibit potato sprouting,re‐duce weight loss rate,and maintain the contents of dry matter,vitamin C,starch,and reducing sugar. In addi‐tion,it inhibited the respiration of potatoes,increased the contents of abscisic acid and jasmonic acid,de‐creased the content of indoleacetic acid,maintained the activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase,and reduced the relative conductivity and the content of malondialdehyde,thereby delaying the peroxidation of membrane lipid and improving the preservation effect of potatoes during storage.
