中文摘要: 该研究采集一种生长于新疆克拉玛依荒漠土壤的野生食药用菌,提取其子实体基因组DNA,扩增内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)序列,以进行测序分析和菌种鉴定,并分别对子实体的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、氨基酸组成和微量元素进行分析。结果表明:子实体ITS 序列分析鉴定显示该野生菌为钉灰包属(Battarrea sp)微生物,其粗蛋白质含量为18.8%,粗脂肪含量为2.68%,粗纤维含量为9.4%,灰分含量为5.07%,必需氨基酸含量占比22.50%;谷氨酸、脯氨酸、天门冬氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸含量较高;P、Fe、Cu、Mg、Se 元素含量相对比较丰富,其中硒含量为3.68 mg/kg,子实体中含有少量Cd 元素。
Abstract:A wild medicinal and edible fungus was collected from desert soil in Karamay of Xinjiang. The genome DNA of the fruiting body was extracted,and the internal transcribed spacer(ITS)sequence was amplified. The strain was identified by sequence analysis. The crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,ash,amino acid composition,and trace elements of the fruiting body were analyzed. The results were as follows. ITS sequence analysis of the fruiting body showed that the wild fungus was Battarrea sp. The crude protein content was 18.8%,and the crude fat content was 2.68%. The crude fiber content was 9.4%,and the ash content was 5.07%. The essential amino acid content was 22.50%,while the glutamic acid,proline,aspartic acid,alanine,and arginine contents were abundant. The content of P,Fe,Cu,Mg,and Se elements was relatively rich,and the Se element was 3.68 mg/kg.The fruiting body contains a small amount of Cd element.
