金色毛壳菌发酵产色素的条件优化

中文摘要: 为提高金色毛壳菌的色素产量,对其产色素的发酵条件进行优化。该研究以色价作为衡量指标,在单因素试验的基础上,结合Plackett-Burman 试验和最陡爬坡试验结果,利用响应面法优化出金色毛壳菌产色素的最佳发酵条件。结果表明,金色毛壳菌产色素的发酵最佳条件为葡萄糖25 g/L、酵母粉10 g/L、磷酸氢二钾0.10%、装液量21 mL/250 mL、接种量8.75%、初始pH6、发酵温度30 ℃、培养转速120 r/min、发酵时间10 d。在最佳发酵条件下色素色价达到39.92 U/g。
Abstract:In order to increase the pigmentation yield of Chaetomium aureum,the fermentation conditions for pigment production were optimized.In this study,color value was used as the measurement indicator,based on the single factor test,combined with the results of Plackett-Burman test and climbing test,the response surface method was used to optimize the optimal fermentation conditions for producing pigment in C.aureum.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions for producing pigment in C.aureum were:glucose 25 g/L,yeast powder 10 g/L,K2HPO4 0.10%,the amount of liquid content of 21 mL/250 mL,the inoculum size of 8.75%,the initial pH6,the fermentation temperature of 30 ℃,the training speed of 120 r/min,the fermentation time of 10 d.Under the optimal fermentation conditions,the color value of the pigment reached 39.92 U/g.
