中文摘要: 生物活性物质的摄入可以有效提升人体健康水平,然而,一些活性物质因其溶解性及稳定性差和生物利用度不足的问题而导致难以应用。微胶囊技术是包埋、保护和递送生物活性物质的常用技术,选择合适的胶囊化应用技术对生物活性物质稳定性和生物利用度的提升具有重要意义,但生物活性物质种类多样、性质差异较大,对微胶囊化的方式要求上存在差异。该文对近年来国内外研究中不同种类生物活性物质的理化性质、发挥效用途径和面临的主要挑战进行系统性和全面性的总结,聚焦典型生物活性物质在微胶囊化应用时的壁材和方法选择,以期为生物活性物质微胶囊化的设计、制备和研究提供新思路与指导。
Abstract:The intake of bioactive substances can effectively improve the health of people.However,some bioactive substances are difficult to be applied because of the poor solubility,stability,and bioavailability.Microencapsulation is a common technology for the encapsulation,protection,and delivery of bioactive substances,and selecting a suitable encapsulation method is of great significance for improving the stability and bioavailability of bioactive substances.The various types and different properties of bioactive substances necessitate different microencapsulation methods.The recent studies about the physicochemical properties,ways of exerting efficacy,and major challenges in application of different bioactive substances were reviewed.Particularly,the selection of wall materials and the methods for microencapsulation of representative bioactive substances were discussed,with a view to providing new ideas for the design,preparation,and research of microencapsulation of bioactive substances.
