中文摘要: 黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murray)具有较强的抗逆性,主要分布在中国青海、新疆、西藏、甘肃、宁夏、内蒙古等西北地区,其果实富含以酰化矮牵牛素花色苷为主的多酚类化合物。研究表明,黑果枸杞多酚类化合物具有抗氧化、神经保护、促进肠道健康、抗肿瘤等功效作用。该文对黑果枸杞多酚类化合物进行深入研究,对近年来黑果枸杞多酚类化合物提取制备、化学组成、活性评价的研究进展进行详细阐述,并对其今后的研究与应用方向进行展望,以期为黑果枸杞综合开发与深度利用提供参考和思路。
Abstract:Lycium ruthenicum Murray has strong stress resistance and is mainly distributed in northwestern regions of China,including Qinghai,Xinjiang,Tibet,Gansu,Ningxia,and Inner Mongolia. The fruit of this plant is rich in polyphenols dominated by acylated petunidin anthocyanoside.Studies showed that the polyphenols of L.ruthenicum have various health benefits,including antioxidant,neuroprotective,anti-tumor,and intestinal health-promoting effects. This study elaborated on the research progress in recent years regarding the extraction and preparation,chemical composition,and activity evaluation of these compounds,and identified future directions for research and application of wolfberry.This study provided references and ideas for comprehensive development and thorough utilization of L.ruthenicum.
