中文摘要: 真菌毒素是真菌产生的次级代谢产物,会对食品造成严重污染,进而威胁人类的健康。对真菌毒素的即时检测是保障食品安全的重要手段。传统的检测方法已不能满足大规模、实时、简单、快速检测真菌毒素的需求。基于免疫分析、分子生物学、微流控和生物传感器的现场即时检测(point-of-care testing,POCT)技术发展迅速。该文综述POCT 技术在真菌毒素快速检测的研究进展,并讨论现有方法的优势、局限性以及未来的发展方向,以期为POCT技术在真菌毒素检测中的进一步应用提供参考。
Abstract:Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by fungi that severely contaminate food and pose threats to human health.Timely mycotoxins detection is crucial to ensuring food safety.Traditional detection methods cannot meet the demand for large-scale,real-time,simple,and rapid mycotoxins detection.Point-ofcare testing(POCT)based on immunoassays,molecular biology,microfluidics,and biosensors are developing rapidly.This paper reviewed the research progress on POCT in rapid mycotoxins detection,and discussed the advantages and limitations of existing methods,as well as future development directions.It aimed to provide references for further application of POCT in detection of mycotoxins.
