中文摘要: 慢性代谢疾病,包括高脂血症、肥胖和非酒精性脂肪肝等的患病率不断上升,已经影响了人们的健康和生活水平。功能性食品作为膳食补充,已被成功地用于缓解慢性代谢性疾病。多糖作为功能食品由于具有诸多的生物活性,受到了广泛关注。多糖可降低肥胖机体体重,并通过不同的途径来调控机体脂质代谢系统,进而缓解慢性代谢疾病。因此,该文对来源不同的多糖调节脂质代谢的作用及其相关机制进行综述,包括抑制脂质的合成和促进脂质氧化分解、维持能量平衡、减少脂质的易位堆积以及减少氧化应激和炎症反应,同时还对多糖调控脂质代谢的靶点进行讨论,以期为功能食品的开发和应用提供理论基础。
Abstract:The increasing prevalence of chronic metabolic diseases such as hyperlipidemia,obesity,and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has affected people's health and living standards.Functional food has been used as dietary supplements to relieve chronic metabolic diseases.Importance has been attached to polysaccharides as the active component in functional food because of their biological activities.Polysaccharides can help obese patients lose weight and regulate the lipid metabolism via multiple pathways,thus alleviating chronic metabolic diseases.The studies about the effects of polysaccharides from different sources on lipid metabolism and the related mechanisms including inhibiting lipogenesis,promoting lipidolysis,maintaining energy balance,and reducing lipid abnormal accumulation,oxidative stress,and inflammation were reviewed.Meanwhile,the targets of polysaccharides for regulating lipid metabolism were introduced,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for the development and application of functional food.
