中文摘要: 为研究鼠李糖乳酪杆菌(Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus)SW-02 对乳鼠肠道发育的影响,将新生C57BL/6 小鼠以SW-02(1×107 CFU/d)灌胃,饲养2 周后,检测体质量、脏器指数、肠道组织苏木精-伊红染色、细胞增殖标志基因和紧密连接蛋白的mRNA 水平及免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)水平;将新生小鼠分为对照组、阪崎克罗诺杆菌组(CS 组)、SW-02 干预组(CS+SW-02 组),饲养至第10 天,检测体质量、肠道组织苏木精-伊红染色、细胞增殖标志基因和紧密连接蛋白的mRNA 水平及炎症因子水平,研究SW-02 对阪崎克罗诺杆菌致坏死性小肠结肠炎的影响。结果显示,鼠李糖乳酪杆菌SW-02 能够促进乳鼠早期的生长,促进机体肠道发育和免疫功能,还可以有效改善阪崎克罗诺杆菌对乳鼠肠道造成的损伤,降低炎症。
Abstract:To investigate the effect of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus SW-02 on the intestinal development of mice,neonatal C57BL/6 mice were orally administered with SW-02(1×107 CFU/d)and fed for two weeks.Body weight,organ index,intestinal tissue by HE staining,mRNA levels of cell proliferation marker genes and tight junction proteins,and immunoglobulin A(IgA)levels were measured. The neonatal mice were divided into a control group,a Cronobacter sakazakii group(CS group),and a SW-02 intervention group(CS+SW-02 group)and were fed for 10 days.Body weight,intestinal tissue by HE staining,mRNA levels of cell proliferation marker genes and tight junction proteins,and inflammatory cytokine levels were measured to study the effect of SW-02 on C. sakazakii-induced necrotizing enterocolitis. The results showed that L. rhamnosus SW-02 could promote early growth of mice,facilitate intestinal development and immune function,and effectively improve the damage to the mice intestine caused by C.sakazakii,and reduce inflammation.
