中文摘要: 南丰蜜桔为江西省特有柑桔品种,因其营养丰富、口感佳,且富含氨基酸、多种维生素、微量元素、黄酮、柠檬苦素类、酚酸类等生物活性物质而广受欢迎。随着产业的不断发展,南丰蜜桔采后保鲜问题不断突显,加工产品的种类不断增加。该文对南丰蜜桔保鲜与加工的研究现状进行概述,对其未来发展进行展望,以期为南丰蜜桔开发利用提供参考。
Abstract:Nanfeng tangerine is a special variety of Citrus in Jiangxi province,which is characterized by rich nutrition and good taste. Nanfeng tangerine is popular owing to its rich amino acids,vitamins,trace elements,and bioactive substances such as flavonoids,limonoids,and phenolic acids.The flourishing of Nanfeng tangerine industry is accompanied with the emerging problems in postharvest preservation and the increasing types of processed products. On the basis of the review of the research progress in the processing and preservation of Nanfeng tangerine,the prospect in this field was put forward,which would provide a theoretical reference for the future development and utilization of Nanfeng tangerine.
